In August 2021, the first Rights To The City (R2C) Ecosystem Dialogue was organised to identify and solve issues that impact public housing communities using the systems practice methodology. The methodology allowed diverse stakeholders to map the existing system while recognising that prevailing issues were interlinked and could only be solved through collaborations. The Dialogue focused on answering the question, “How can we run programmes to improve the quality of life for people living in public housing, specifically the Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR)”. 61 participants representing 19 initiatives participated in the Dialogue. The report presents the Dialogue’s outcome in a System Map of Quality of Life at PPR.
