These case studies illustrate Think City’s work in housing over the past decade which included managing grants and loans, and conducting studies and pilot interventions, often in partnership with the a multitude of stakeholders. These case studies show similarities in housing challenges faced by Malaysia’s B40 population, namely standard of living, cost of living, and governance. However, each case study was unique in its composition of challenges, requiring an in-depth understanding of the people, the place, and the priorities in each community.
